I finished school in November of 2006 and became the Executive Chef/Cafe Director at The Hills Fitness Center in Austin, Texas. I lfet The Hills in November of 2007 to become an R and D Chef for Vertical Sales and Marketing, San Ramon, CA. I am developing new sauces and concepts for Versamar for food sales in different retail markets. I am also expanding my personal chef services, and catering services on a very limited basis in the Houston, TX area.
